The Journal of German Language and Literature Has Been Accepted to SCOPUS Index
The Journal of German Language and Literature - Studien zur deutschen Sprache und Literatur, an international peer-reviewed academic journal published since 1954 by the Department of German Language and Literature within the Faculty of Letters of Istanbul University, has been accepted to the SCOPUS index.
This journal is published in German, English and Turkish electronically and biannually in June and December. It includes discipline-specific and interdisciplinary, theoretical and applied studies based on German language and literature in the fields of literature, linguistics, cultural studies, media science, translation studies and language education. In addition to research articles, the journal covers reviews on scientific books and descriptive texts on both national and international congresses in the fields abovementioned.
Already indexed by the Web of Science Clarivate Analytics Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI), MLA and TR-Dizin, the Journal of German Language and Literature has been accepted in April 2021 to the SCOPUS Index, the largest peer-reviewed database of literature, abstracts and citations on scientific publications.
